Milwaukee's 13th annual Chili Bowl, Presented by Gruber Law Offices returns to Potawatomi Hotel & Casino Sunday, January 27, 2019 

Milwaukee's top chefs and restaurants will compete for best chili and the coveted Golden Ladle Award.

So, whether your temptation is spicy, vegetarian, or traditional chili, there is something for everyone. 
GENERAL ADMISSION TICKET INCLUDES:
  • Chili tasting from 12pm-4pm
  • EIGHT (8) chili cup samples

  • Early entry! Enter chili tasting at 11am, an hour before General admission

  • VIP Early Entry 11am-4pm (VIP Check-in  starts at 10:30am)
  • General Admission 12pm-4pm (GA Check-in  starts at 11:30am)
  • Children 17 and younger are welcome at Chili Bowl if accompanied by a legal guardian.
  • Must be 21 or over to enter casino floor.

Joe's K Ranch serving Traditional Chili spices with a beefy tomato base, sweet onions,red peppers, green peppers, pot roast and loads of ground chuck all come together to form a mild spiced chili. Finished with a Wisconsin Cheese Curd.

Kettle Range Meats serving Wholly Smoked Chili. This Texas-style chili offers the strong flavors of the smokehouse set against the savory Latin spices of Ropa Vieja. As the region’s foremost whole animal butcher, this chili showcases top cuts of grass-fed beef, our house recipe bone broths, and a special smoked sausage made from our Wisconsin-finished Red Wattle hogs.

Allgauer's Bistro in the Park: Serving Vegan Bean and Sweet Potato Chili. Also serving Deep Rich Short Rib Chili

Mulligans Irish Pub and Grill serving Traditional beef and pork loin chili. Also serving Smoked Poblano and white bean vegetarian chili.

The Cultured Vegan serving Jamaican Jerk Turkey Chili - Succulent chunks of turkey slow cooked in a fragrant homemade jerk sauce. Taste the island flavor. Also serving Smokey Joe 4 Bean Chili- A 4 Bean Blend marinated in a smokey herbed stew then finished with a sriracha cream.

Anytime Arepa serving Arepa and Chili: Venezuelan version of traditional chili w/ black beans, “sofrito” (mix of onions, garlic and red pepper) & topped w/ sharp cheddar cheese. Served w/ Mini Arepa fresh from grill

St. Francis Brewery & Restaurant serving Greed IPA Chili- =Traditional beef chili infused with our Greed IPA. Packed with flavor and a rich smoky taste.
